Live Fully in Body, Mind and Soul

September - December 2021

Whether you want to try out yoga as a great form of exercise or want to experience holistic yoga that benefits your health, wellbeing and spirituality you're welcome to come along.  

(A basic level of fitness and flexibility helps as the classes are for everyone, not just beginners.  All faiths or none are welcome.)

Payment will be per block of classes.

  • Tuesday 9:15-10:15am - Beckington (2 Nov-6 Dec)

  • Wednesday 6-7pm - Beckington (3 Nov-7 Dec)                  

Classes are in-person

(Book a block of 6 classes or drop in.)
