You can experience bespoke ones-to-one sessions tailored around your needs - physical, emotional, spiritual - using yoga or meditation. 

I am able to teach you yoga for the first time or help you on develop your physical fitness and flexibility through yoga or maybe you want to focus on relaxation or spiritual growth through yoga. 

I am able to teach you secular mindfulness so that you can learn how to reduce stress or we can use meditation (variety of techniques) to bring peace to specific areas of challenge or develop your spiritual life.
